Hi Park Hills Community! Our April Meeting was jam-packed with LOTS of information as we are getting close to the end of the school year and many things are coming up in our GS world.
BUSINESS ITEMS
Early Bird Registration is open now until May 31, 2023. Those who renew during the Early Bird time will get a special patch. Please help Park Hills reach their goal of 70% renewals! If you have questions, contact our SU Registrar, Carmen Asnani at su610registrar@gmail.com
Troop Treasurers & Leaders: AFR (Annual Financial Report) due June 1! The Troop Finances report should reflect ALL Troop financial activities from May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023. Reports are due to Council by June 1st, and must be submitted by your Troop Leader. Our SU is asking that the AFR's be submitted by Friday, May 26, 2023 to give enough time to look over before sending to Council on June 1. Failure to not turn in AFR's on time will have the following consequence: Your troop bank account will be frozen until it has been submitted (meaning that your troop money will not be available to be used).
Our SU will be holding Zoom calls on May 17, May 18 and May 19 on Zoom from 6pm-8pm to answer any questions or provide assistance.

Wells Fargo Statement
Receipts/notes from troop expenditures and deposits (including straight to troop donations) from May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2023 (these do not need to be turned in, but should be kept in a folder for references and retained for 3 years).
